Performance inquiries
The inquiry form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred reply method, event type, date, venue or city, guest count, services of interest, message, and referral source. Submissions are stored in Dan's private site dashboard and may generate a private notification so he can respond.
Song requests and tip links
The request page may store a song, artist, optional name, venue, and dedication. The site also counts page views, requests, and clicks to Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Payment amounts and completed transactions remain with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
How information is used
Information is used to review and answer inquiries, discuss availability and event details, manage song requests, protect forms from spam, and understand whether the request and tip tools are working. It is not sold.
Outside services
This site links to or embeds services including Tockify, YouTube, Instagram, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and related websites. Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices when you use them.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information controlled through this site by emailing Dan. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for business, accounting, safety, or legal purposes. Please do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or identity information through the public inquiry or song-request forms.
